Vendors We Trust
The people who help make a day at the farm run right.
Over the years we’ve worked alongside a lot of good people who know this place and know how to make an event here feel effortless. These are the ones we point couples to first.
Open vendor policy
It’s your day, so bring your own team. You’re welcome to hire any caterer, baker, DJ, photographer, florist, or planner you like, or bring your own food. The vendors below are simply people we know, never a requirement.
Two rules keep everyone safe: anyone serving alcohol has to be properly licensed (a cash bar runs through a licensed caterer), and caterers and bar services carry liability insurance. Everything else, follow your vision.

A Note on Alcohol
Guests are always welcome to celebrate - we just ask that it’s done safely and by the book. You arrange the alcohol; any cash bar runs through a licensed caterer. Nothing is served to anyone under 21 or to anyone who’s had enough for the night, and service wraps up by 11:30. We follow Montana law, and we’re happy to talk it through on your tour.
