Weddings & Events

Some places are built for weddings. Ours was built for farming - and somewhere along the way, couples fell in love with it.

GardenMontana is a working flower farm, wedding venue, agritourism destination, and farm stay nestled in the heart of Southwest Montana's Jefferson River Valley. Surrounded by working ranchland, the Tobacco Root and Highland Mountains, and Montana's endless Big Sky, it's a place where flowers are blooming while you're saying your vows, irrigation pivots turn in neighboring fields, and sunsets become part of the celebration.

This is Montana as it really is - authentic, welcoming, and beautifully unhurried.

The Ceremony Meadow

Walk down a grass aisle to handcrafted wooden pews and exchange vows beneath our handmade ceremony arch, framed by sweeping views of the Jefferson River Valley. The meadow changes with the seasons, making every wedding uniquely its own. Nature does most of the decorating - we simply provide the setting.

The Bourbon Barn

After the ceremony, guests gather in the Bourbon Barn for cocktails, dinner, heartfelt toasts, and conversation beneath warm Edison lights. Built with reclaimed wood, whiskey barrel details, and an upstairs loft, it's the heart of the celebration - a space that feels welcoming, relaxed, and unmistakably Montana.

As the evening unfolds, the celebration naturally moves outdoors. Beneath Montana's expansive Big Sky, the dance floor comes alive under twinkle lights, surrounded by fresh country air and stars bright enough to become part of the evening. It's one of those moments guests remember long after the last song has ended.

Just outside, our vintage 1932 Napa Valley Ford has become a favorite backdrop for wedding portraits, rivaled only by the mountains and the sunset.

More Than a Wedding Venue

A wedding at GardenMontana is more than a single day - it's an experience.

As a working flower farm and agritourism destination, we invite you and your guests to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Southwest Montana. Wander through the flower gardens, gather around the fire pit, take in the views across the valley, and spend meaningful time with the people you love. Here, your celebration becomes more than an event - it becomes a weekend of shared memories.

Stay the Weekend

One of the best parts of celebrating at GardenMontana is that the day doesn't have to end when the music does.

Your wedding party and closest family can stay right here on the farm in our unique accommodations, including a cozy cottage, a barn loft retreat, a king-bed hideaway, plus camper and tent sites. Wake up together, share coffee overlooking the valley, and enjoy one more morning of birds singing before everyone heads home.

For larger celebrations, we also offer event dry camping, allowing additional guests to bring their campers or tents and stay on the property. It's a relaxed, uniquely Montana way to turn your wedding into an entire weekend together - without everyone scattering to hotels at the end of the night.

Whether your guests choose one of our farm stays or camp beneath Montana's Big Sky, they'll leave with more than memories of a beautiful wedding - they'll remember spending time together on a real working flower farm in the heart of the Jefferson River Valley.

Stay on the Farm

On your celebration weekend, every farm stay is reserved exclusively for your group - nothing is open to the public. Book directly with us and skip the platform fees.

One reservation, one point of contact - the couple or host books the stays, and we handle the rest.

Weddings at GardenMontana

Every wedding here looks different - the meadow, the barn, and the light see to that. A few moments from days we’ve been lucky to host.

Come See It for Yourself

Photos can show you the barn. They can show you the flowers. They can even show you the mountains.

What they can't capture is the feeling of standing in the Ceremony Meadow as the evening settles over the valley, hearing the breeze move through the fields, and imagining your friends and family gathered here.

Come walk the property. Explore the Bourbon Barn. Sit in the Ceremony Meadow. Visit the flower gardens. Tour the Headframe Hideaway, where you'll get ready. See the overnight accommodations. Picture your guests dancing beneath the stars.

We'd love to show you around.

Schedule a private tour today, and discover why GardenMontana is more than a wedding venue - it's a place where people gather, celebrate, stay awhile, and create memories that last long after the last dance.
