Work on the farm

Help us grow the 2027 season

Spring on a flower farm moves fast. Every bed gets prepped, every row gets planted, and the weeds never take a day off. We’re looking for one steady pair of hands for the 2027 season.

Not looking for a job? A few times a season we open the gates for Garden Days: free hands-on mornings where anyone can come learn how a working flower farm is grown.

Hiring · 2027 season

Seasonal Farm Hand

Mid-April through mid-July 2027 - three busy, full-time months

The work

  • Bed prep: clearing, shaping, spreading compost
  • Planting and transplanting flowers and vegetables
  • Setting up irrigation and drip lines
  • Weeding, mulching and keeping the rows clean
  • Early harvest help as the first flowers come in
  • Garden teardown and cleanup when the season ends

It’s a farm: hours follow the weather and what the plants need. Some days start early and run long. We’ll always be straight with you about the schedule.

Pay and perks

$16-$18 an hour to start, depending on experience and work ethic

Room to grow to $19-$21 an hour, or more

  • Produce, eggs and flowers from the farm
  • A camper or tent spot on the farm for the season, if you want it
  • A night in one of our farm stays for your family
  • Some flexibility once the day's priorities are done

You’re a good fit if

You like physical, outdoor work in any weather, you show up when you say you will, and you take pride in a clean row. Farm experience helps but isn’t required - work ethic matters most to us.

Garden Days

Free, hands-on mornings on the farm. Learn how we prep beds, plant, weed and harvest on a chemical-free flower farm - with us right beside you showing how. A couple of hours, small groups, all skill levels.

Everyone who joins leaves with a bouquet certificate to redeem in flower season, late July through October. Bring your own vase.

Visits are by appointment only, so Garden Days are the way in. Everyone signs our participation agreement before we start.
