Terms of Use

The short version: we deal straight, nothing is final until a person confirms it with you, and a working farm is a real place with real weather. The slightly longer version follows. Last updated July 2026.

Requests, not instant bookings

Booking requests, orders, and volunteer signups on this site are exactly that - requests. Nothing is confirmed until one of us confirms it with you directly, by email, text, or phone. If the website and a person ever disagree, the person is right.

Prices and availability

We keep this site accurate, but flowers bloom on their own schedule and a farm’s calendar moves. Prices and availability are confirmed when we confirm your request - not before. Stays booked through Airbnb are governed by Airbnb’s terms as well.

Payments, gifts, and gift certificates

Card payments run through Stripe. Gifts to the farm are just that - gifts, not tax-deductible donations, and not refundable, though if something went wrong we’ll always make it right; call us. Gift certificates never expire. For orders paid in advance, if we can’t fill your order, you get your money back - simple as that.

Visiting a working farm

This is a real farm: uneven ground, weather, machinery, livestock guardian dogs, and chickens with opinions. Visit during posted hours or by arrangement, keep an eye on your kids, and follow any guidance we give on the ground. It’s common sense, and we ask you to bring yours.

The photos and writing on this site are ours, or used with the photographer’s and subjects’ permission. You’re welcome to share links anywhere. Please don’t republish our photos or copy our pages without asking - we almost always say yes to nice people.

The legal bits
